WINTER
The winter is very funny but it’s cold. We all wear jackets. And we make snowmen. We ski and snowboard in the mountain but that’s dangerous. I like winter because Christmas is in the winter.
My family and I decorate our Christmas tree with Christmas balls, lamps, Christmas garlands.
Guests of mam and dad come in our house and they tell: Very warm and cozy house. My mam cooks beans, and Brussel sprouts and my mam makes a homemade bread.

NEW YEAR
At New Year’s day /on 31st December/ we celebrate. After midnight we go out wit fireworks. New year is my third favorite festival. Then we eat good dinner, we make special bread. In this bread put a coin, because this is the tradition. Then we eat fruit too. We put nine meals. Then my family sits around the table. The oldest person says a pray to God. Then we takes a piece of the special bread. The first piece is for God’s mother, the second is for God, the third is for our house and the fourth is for the oldest person and the other members of my family.

CHRISTMAS in ENGLISH LESSONS

CHRISTMAS
Christmas is on 25th December. For this day my family starts to prepare at the beginning of December. We decorate the house with garlands and snowflakes from paper. We buy presents and put them under Christmas tree. We put on its toys, balls, bells and on the top we put a big star. On Christmas my mum and grandma cook special dinner: meat with potatoes and vegetables, nuts and fruits. After midnight we open our presents. It is funny.
